Win Eaton is the Founding attorney of Eaton & Associates, a law firm committed to the practice of protecting employer rights and the rights of immigrant and non-immigrant workers and investors. Win leads the firm's business immigration group. His practice focuses on Employment, Business and Investment immigration including EB5, Immigrant Worker Petitions, H1B, EB1, EB2, EB3, Labor Certifications, Permanent Resident Applications, as well as Petitions for Non-Immigrant Workers and E2 Investor visas.
He also works in the area of Citizenship and Family Immigration, including removal defense, consular processing, immigration court, and federal appeals. In addition to the firms immigration focus, Win practices in the area of business entity structuring as well as advising companies on I-9 compliance and many other legal matters. Win is an outspoken advocate for employer & immigrant rights and he travels widely giving speeches on Employment related & Immigration issues. He is a member of the Oregon and California Chapters of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Win’s law career follows 25 years as a small businessman in the area of electrical and automation contracting serving Western Oregon.

Camille Kim Cook is the managing attorney of the firm’s Fresno, CA office. Camille is deeply committed to keeping families together by protecting the rights of immigrant and non-immigrant family members and workers. Camille leads the firm's family and deportation defense group. Her practice focuses on Asylum, Family Immigration, Citizenship, Fiancé visas, Consular processing, Permanent Resident Applications, Immigration Court and Federal Court representation, as well as Petitions for Non-Immigrant Workers and Investor visas.
Camille is an outspoken advocate for Refugee, Family, and Children’s rights. Camille is a member of the Northern California Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Paul Harman is an associate attorney with the firm’s Bakersfield office. Paul practices Immigration law including all Employment Based visas as well as E2 and EB5 investor visas. He also practices Estate, Wills, and Trust law. Paul relocated to Bakersfield from the State of Connecticut. Paul enjoys outdoor and team sports as well as downhill snow skiing.
